Our Location

This is where the whiteboards fill up, the coffee runs are strategic, and the “quick chats” rarely stay quick. Our office is home to big thinking, honest feedback, and the kind of teamwork that makes ambitious goals feel achievable. It’s busy, occasionally chaotic, and full of energy. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Benefits and Rewards

Work should feel rewarding. Not just financially, but in how you grow, how you’re supported, and how you enjoy your time here.

We take the work seriously. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Holiday & Time Off

We know hospitality means busy weekends and bank holidays, but you still get your holiday entitlement and paid time off. Please talk to your manager as early as you can to book leave or swap shifts with colleagues, especially during peak season. We try to be flexible and fair when approving requests and will explain holiday pay and notice periods when you ask. If anything’s unclear, just chat to your manager and we’ll sort it out.

Learning & Development

We believe great hospitality grows when people keep learning.

You’ll have access to leading learning platforms, funded development courses and monthly Lunch & Learns where the team share ideas, opinions and the occasional strong take. We make learning social and practical, with pizza on hand to keep conversations going.

Social & Community

We love the work and we enjoy each other's company. Regular socials—quarterly team events, Friday drinks and Alderley Park activities—build camaraderie across the team and make Monday mornings a little louder and a lot more welcoming.

Health & Wellbeing

Working in hospitality is rewarding but fast‑paced, so it’s important to look after your body and mind. Make time for sleep, proper meals and short breaks, move around between shifts and try simple stress busters like deep breathing or a five‑minute walk. Talk with colleagues, set realistic boundaries and use workplace support such as an employee assistance programme when you need to.
